What are GrabGifts?

GrabGifts are prepaid Grab ride vouchers that you can gift as promo codes to your customers, guests, employees and loved ones.

GrabGifts is brought to you by Grab, which is Southeast Asia's leading ride-hailing platform. They can be used for GrabCar, GrabTaxi, and other Grab services (except GrabHitch  and GrabShuttle).

Simply because your customers, employees, guests, friends and family will love them!

People today are distracted by countless discounts and rewards. They need something unique and refreshing.

 

Can GrabGifts be customized?

Yes!

You can customize the promo codes based on your preferred:

  • Branding.
  • Format (digital vs printed).
  • Pick-up and drop-off points.
  • Timing.
  • Fleet type.

 There is additional fees and time required for customization and printing.

How to use a GrabGifts promo code?

Download the Grab app from the Apple App store or the Google Play store and follow the steps below:

  1. On the Grab App booking screen, select your pick-up and drop-off points.
  2. Choose the vehicle type and choose your preferred payment method.
  3. Enter the promo code in the promo code field.
  4. Tap 'Book' and enjoy your discount.
  5. Upon successful booking, you’ll automatically receive a notification. 

 

What is the validity of GrabGifts?

The promo codes will be valid for 3 months after being issued.

Please kindly note that we are unable to perform renewals of expired codes or extensions of validity. So use them soon!

 

My promo code does not work, what should I do?

Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct promo code and met all the necessary conditions of your code (not available for GrabHitch and GrabShuttle).

If it still does not work, please visit our Help Page, and we’ll get back to you in a jiffy! 

 

PAYMENTS/CHECKOUT

How do I pay for a GrabGifts?

Simply select your preferred purchase bundle and denominations, add it to your cart, and proceed to make payment with your credit card.

 

I made a mistake with my order. Can I change my order details?

Sure! Please visit our Help Page within 24 hours and we will assist to refund your order so that you will be able to make your purchase again.

 

What happens after checkout and payment?

Upon a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

After that, you will receive a second email with your GrabGifts promo codes withing 1-3 working days after the initial purchase.

We will email the list of promo codes to your email address. You can then distribute the codes to your customers, guests, employees and loved ones.

There is additional fees and time required for customization and printing.


Can I extend the validity of my GrabGifts if it expires?

Unfortunately, the validity cannot be altered once your GrabGifts has been issued. So use them soon!

 

If I’m unable to fully maximise the codes, can I get a refund on the balance?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds once the codes have been activated.
